Our Story
Born out of first-hand lived experience and a shared passion for the industry that groomed them, co-founders Alex Goodwin and Ayo Ekhator originally bonded in the halls of Harvard Business School after over a decade of collective private markets investing experience.
Realizing they had an aligned vision for the future of this $25T and growing category, they set out to solve the problem together and joined forces.

Alex Goodwin
Co-Founder & CEO
Alex Goodwin is co-founder and CEO of Bridge. Before founding Bridge, Alex was an investor at Audax Group and Leonard Green & Partners, and Vice President of Corporate Development at Winc, a Bessemer portfolio company. Alex holds degrees from the University of Michigan, Ross and Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar).

Ayo Ekhator is co-founder and COO of Bridge. Before founding Bridge, he was an investor at Apax Partners and The Blackstone Group. Ayo began his career at Citigroup and holds degrees from Williams College and Harvard Business School.

Amy brings 20+ years of experience in wealth management and fintech innovation. As Founder & CEO of Aureus and former CEO of Connectus (Focus Financial), Amy led strategic initiatives that transformed how advisors deliver alternative investments to clients.

Chris is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur with 30+ years of technology experience. As the founding engineer and CTO of iCapital for a decade, Chris was instrumental in scaling the firm to 1,300+ employees, $500M in ARR, $200B in AUM, and a TEV of $6.6B.
